What is a standard size pool table?

Pool tables are available in the following sizes: 6-foot, 7-foot, 8-foot, and 9-foot. A 7-foot table is considered the standard size for pool tables that go inside of homes. Whereas, 8-foot tables are considered ‘professional' size.
